    • Asteria Financial Services now offer client's access to a Health Management System that can transform your Payroll into a powerful Executive Dashboard at the click of a button. The purpose of the benefit is to track the Health Risk Profile of your staff as per industry norms. If your company has a Provident or Pension Fund this could translate in lower Risk premiums and more Benefits for your employees. The relevant information required by your Fund Administrator is automatically created by the system allowing the Fund Administrator to negotiate more favourable terms on your behalf with the relevant insurers. 
    • Furthermore, the system was developed with the purpose of generating high-level attendance Graphs and Reports that enable senior management to manage their human capital more effectively. The system tracks performance on all major Attendance Indicators and presents the information in a visually effective format well suited for Board Reporting and Performance Management. 

    IMPLEMENTATION 


    • The Risk Management System does not require any paperwork or Administration. You simply export the information from your Payroll system to us and your Attendance Report is available on the next business day. There is also no requirement in terms of installation although we do provide Training and Support on the system. The export is also used to create an employee risk profile which we administer on your behalf.
